This label free polo is made from 80% organic cotton in conversion and 20% recycled polyester, crafted in a durable 220 gsm piqué knit. Produced under safe working conditions, using renewable energy, and free from harmful chemicals – meeting the highest environmental and social standards. The Tiger Cotton project started as a collab with WWF, supporting Indian farmers’ transition to organic cotton farming. Securing better pay for farmers now and restoring biodiversity for the future. Certifications include EU Ecolabel, SA8000, and OEKO-TEX. Care: Wash at 40 degrees, max temp. is 60 degrees, tumble dry at low heat, iron at low to medium heat, do not dry clean, do not bleach

Heat Transfer: Heat and pressure bond pre-printed graphics onto fabric. Economical for small multi-colour runs but fades faster than screen print. Screen Print: Ink pushed through a fine mesh screen onto flat products. Large print areas, vibrant colours — the classic method for apparel.
